Check out your local tattoo shops and the artists working there and see if anyone specializes in this style of tattooing. Artists are like everyone else in that they may do good work on most things but they will do great work when it is a style or subject they prefer to do. Getting tattooed is a permanent, expensive and great investment so invest some time and make sure that the right tat for you is being done by the right artist for that style.
